Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs

Today, I will describe how to cook rids-named Sweet and Sour Spare Ribs. This dishes more children love to eat.

major ingredient: Ribs

minor ingredient: Green onion, ginger, garlic, anise, pepper, salt, sugar, vinegar, cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame.





1. Cut ribs into small blacks, then put the water, ribs, give a boil over a high heat. Remove the foam, add green onion, anise, ginger, garlic, and a little vinegar into the pot. Simmer over low heat for one to one and a half hours.









2. After one to one and a half hours, remove ribs and drain the water.











3. Put the rib soup into the bowl.












4. Use the hot oil, and put sugar into the pot, fry until like caramel.










5. Put ribs into pot until getting darker. And then add soy sauce, vinegar, cooking wine.










6.Add ribs soup, Simmer over low heat for half hour, and turn to high heat, stir evenly until all sauce is absorbed.










7. When the sauce is absorbed, add a little vinegar again.











8. Dish off and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
