Salmon head and tofu soup

My favorite food is fish. Almost all kinds of fish. In china, there are variety of fish dishes. Such as fried fish slices with sweet and sour sauce, steamed fish, stewed fish with soy sauce, etc. However, fish soup is the most nutritious. Today I will show you how to cook the salmon head and tofu soup.

Let's start step by step!






1. Clean the salmon head, and remove the gill. Pat dry with kitchen paper.








2. Clean the tofu, ginger and pleurotus eryngii, then cut into slices





3. Clean the greens.



4.Put the oil in the pan and heat it until the oil is hot. Then put the fish head into the pan, fry until golden brown on both sides.






5. Put the water into the pan until boiling, then put the tofu into the pan. Use the the low fair for an hour.








6. After an hour put the greens into the soup, add the salt and after few minute, the soup finish!









7. Began to taste it!









This soup is very bland, and while being high in nutrition also happen to be spectacularly low in calories.
