Braised fish in brown sauce

Now I show you how to cook another fish dish, this is the very common way to cook fish in China, named Braised fish in brown sauce.

So, let's start.



1. Clean the green onion, and cut off.









2. Clean ginger and cut it into slices.











3. Clean the fish block, pat dry with kitchen paper.










4. Pour oil in the pan and put the ginger in the pan.










5. Put the fish block into the pan until golden brown on both sides.









6. Pour soy sauce into pan.












7.Pour the cooking wine into the pan.










8. Pour some water into the pan and add a little sugar and salt.








9. After just a little water in the pan, put the green onion into it. And then remove the fish into the plate.













10.Began to taste it!
