Stewed Duck in Beer

Stewed Duck in Beer is one of my favorite food in china.Today I will introduce how to cook this dish.



Let's start step by step!

Food Material: four duck legs, green onion, dry red pepper, soy sauce, beer, cooking oil, ginger, garlic, anise, salt, sugar.


 1. Wash and clear the four duck legs.

2. Cut into small pieces, remove the moisture.
3. Pour a little oil, add ginger slice, scallions, dry red pepper into pan until fragrant.
4. Put the duck  pieces into the pan, and use high fire to fry.


5-6.Stir-fry duck pieces until the duck skin become white, then switch to medium and small fire slowly stir-fried, until the oil come out from the duck. Pour a little soy sauce and add a little sugar and salt and stir evenly into pan.


7.Pour a can of beer into pan.


 8. Cover the pot, small fire stew 25 to 30 minutes.


 9. When duck cooked soft, use the high fire until all liquids are reduced and absorbed.


10. Put the duck into plate.
