Breakfast: Egg Pancake

Today I want to teach you cook a breakfast! It is very easy but delicious! Named Egg Pancake.



Now, let's start!


Food Material: a tomato, 2 eggs, a little bit potato, onion, a little bit spinach, salt.

 1. Wash potato, tomato, onion and spinach. Then cut all the food material to the granule.


2. Steam the potato and mash it, add it into eggs.


 
3. Add other material into the eggs.


4.Add a spoonful of salt into bowl, and mix well.


5. When pan hot and pour into a small amount of oil, when oil hot put into the egg mixture, both sides will be separately fried until golden brown. Turn off the heat.


6. After a little cool, with a knife cut into pieces, put the egg pancake into plate.





Tips: If you like sweet, don't have to put salt, you can eat with condensed milk or tomato sauce.
